June in South Africa is more than just a month, it’s a movement where we should never allow the youth to forget the need for their participation in change. With that considered,  Youth Evolve is putting the spotlight on the continent’s brightest minds and boldest visions with their Young African & Futuristic 2025 event series.

• Day 1: 14 June 2025 (Virtual)
• Day 2: 16 June 2025 at Immaculata Secondary

Under the powerful theme “Reclaiming Africa’s Tomorrow: Innovation, Identity & Justice”, this hybrid experience brings together conversations, art, networking, and exhibitions that speak to what it means to be young, African, and ready to shape the future.

It is definitely a Youth Month event with substance. While June 16th reminds us of the legacy of resistance and resilience in South Africa, for Africa as a whole, this months events like this ask an urgent follow-up: Now what?

Young African & Futuristic 2025 doesn’t just commemorate, it activates. It’s a call to young people to think critically, speak boldly, and lead courageously. Whether you’re a high school learner, student activist, digital creative, or social entrepreneur, there’s something here for you.
