On 6 December 2025, at Misty Hills in Muldersdrift, The Big Exhale Picnic with Coach Kefilwe invites women and anyone navigating the demands of business and ambition, to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
Framed by the soft calm of nature and the easy rhythm of conversation, The Big Exhale won’t be just another “networking brunch” or motivational panel. Instead, it’s a soulful wellness experience designed to help attendees reflect, realign, and release what no longer serves their growth as they prepare for a new year.
The day will unfold through guided mindfulness, a reflection circle, and a heartfelt exercise titled “Letter to Myself & My Business”, encouraging each guest to acknowledge the highs and lows of their entrepreneurial and professional journeys. Attendees will also experience The Exhale Ritual, a symbolic letting go that marks the transition into a more grounded, purposeful 2026.
Each guest receives a personal picnic basket, a curated Entrepreneur’s Kit, and refreshing drinks, all set against a serene picnic setup that captures the balance between work and rest, ambition and stillness.
“The intention behind The Big Exhale is to create space for release,” with Coach Kefilwe, who is known for her holistic approach to leadership and business coaching. “We often plan our business goals and strategies, but rarely do we pause to celebrate, to grieve what didn’t work, or to simply breathe before the next big thing.”
