The One Club for Creativity, a globally recognized non-profit championing excellence in advertising and design, has announced the appointment of new leadership to its Board of Directors. This transition marks a pivotal step in the organisation’s continued mission to support the global creative community through innovation, diversity, and future-forward programming.

Pum Lefebure Appointed Board Chair
Pum Lefebure, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Washington DC-based Design Army, has been elected as the new Chairperson of The One Club’s Board. A long-standing figure in design leadership, Lefebure brings a bold vision aimed at fostering inclusive, next-generation creative growth. Her three-year term will focus on elevating diverse voices across industries, strengthening global collaboration, and introducing programmes that equip creatives for a future shaped by cultural relevance and technological advancement.
“Our programme and unity itself must be a new invention,” says Lefebure. “To redefine The One Club for the next generation, we must be brave and fearless, creating programmes that inspire, move us culturally and make a difference.”

Tiffany Rolfe Named Vice Chair
Joining Lefebure in this leadership transition is Tiffany Rolfe, Chair and Global Chief Creative Officer at R/GA, who has been elected Vice Chair. Rolfe, a dedicated board member for nearly a decade, brings a strong commitment to advancing industry access and mentorship for emerging talent.
“The One Club has always been a beacon for creative excellence,” Rolfe stated. “I’m ready to help drive its mission forward — championing the next generation, building more entry points into the industry and expanding the role of creativity in solving global challenges.”
Outgoing Chair Glenn Cole Recognised as Chair Emeritus
Glenn Cole, Founder and Chairman of 72andSunny, concluded his tenure as Board Chair and will remain engaged with the organisation as Chair Emeritus. Under his leadership, The One Club saw transformative growth — doubling both membership and revenue, expanding programming globally, and integrating key initiatives like the ONE Asia Creative Awards, the Art Directors Club of Europe (ADCE), and the ONE Creator Lab.
Cole’s term also witnessed the integration of cutting-edge conversations at the intersection of artificial intelligence and creativity — a focus the organisation will continue to develop in the coming years.
CEO Welcomes New Chapter
Kevin Swanepoel, CEO of The One Club, welcomed the leadership transition, stating: “I’m excited to partner with Pum and Tiffany as we drive the next chapter of innovation, with a sharp focus on creativity, technology and AI. Together, we’ll shape programs that challenge, inspire and empower the global creative community.”
Board members are selected based on international prominence, industry leadership, and regional influence. Their responsibilities include guiding global programmes in creative education and professional development, serving as ambassadors to industry and academia, and participating in jury and Hall of Fame selections.
